Established in 1958, IRL is a supplier to professionals in Forestry, Mineral Exploration, Environmental, Survey, Engineering and Safety Industries. We strive to provide our customers with exceptional customer service, high quality supplies and to ensure prompt accurate delivery of orders.

IRL Supplies is based in Prince George, BC, with a second store location in Saskatoon, SK. We proudly ship supplies around the world.

 

Job Opening – Customer Service (Prince George, BC). Full Time Permanent Position**

This entry level position is ideal for an enthusiastic, outgoing person who has excellent communication skills and pays attention to detail.

A friendly and positive attitude will be an asset while helping customers with their orders both in store and over the phone. You would be responsible for responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner as well as collecting and invoicing orders to be shipped out. While customer service or industry experience would be an asset it is not a requirement, a willingness to learn and help others however are qualities we look for.
