Job Opening – Customer Service (Prince George, BC). Full Time Permanent Position**

This entry level position is ideal for an enthusiastic, outgoing person who has excellent communication skills and pays attention to detail.

A friendly and positive attitude will be an asset while helping customers with their orders both in store and over the phone. You would be responsible for responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner as well as collecting and invoicing orders to be shipped out. While customer service or industry experience would be an asset it is not a requirement, a willingness to learn and help others however are qualities we look for.

Job Opening – Inside Sales / Customer Service x2
Full Time Permanent Position

Duties include:

– Providing assistance to instore customers
– Processing instore and phoned in customer Orders
– Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email
– Filing.
– Stocking and Organizing inventory items.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

– Must be able to work weekdays as well as Saturdays
– Friendly and Outgoing personality
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Strong time management and organizational skills .
– Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
– Forestry or mining/exploration industry experience would be an asset.
